We walk into a room and expose the shadows. They’re compelled to elevate up to a higher level of consciousness. So even if it’s not our intention- sometimes our very presence TRIGGERS other ppl to confront the parts of themselves that they may not want to. Now this can manifest itself in a number of ways but often it comes out to where others attack us instead of taking the opportunity to grow within themselves. But that's OK. Clarity to bring us focus in a world full of chaos is sometimes all that we need. Listen I am clear My heart is centered My mind is intentionally free The only person I can save is myself The only person I can heal is myself The only path I am responsible for is my own I release the trauma and projections from those around me It is my job to be the best and highest version Of Myself That’s it. Nothing less, Nothing more I can’t help anybody If my own cup is empty. I release the programming in my mind telling me that I have to give until there’s nothing left for me. My siblings My parents My family My friends My coworkers Not even My partner is my responsibility I can’t MAKE them change I can't make them WANT better I remove the priority that I gave their issues over my own As they are a mere reflection of the inner work that I need to focus on I give them space to grow, to make mistakes, to fall and get back up again On their own. They don’t need me to come to their rescue. I discern codependency within myself, and I release the need to be needed. It is my sole responsibility To attend to my own healing. My own path. I receive enlightenment. I hold myself accountable Because I am too precious to be mishandled My purpose is too great. I gotta stay focused. The path that I’m taking is Illuminated with the wisdom of my ancestors Guarded by angelic beings And they are Making sure that I stay the course- Stay in line. My flow is Elite Dope enough to make sure my family eats High vibrational food Elevate my mental, affects my mood I stopped feeding my body soul food and started eating food that was good for my soul My spirit is old/ of the ancient ancestry from which the bread of life flows They see me and say “she knows” My third eye sees through all the bullshit Sometimes it feels like it’s too much to deal with, But I know I gotta get right or get Left. So I check it. Changing the inner dialogue with myself. Giving myself grace to grow. I Receive help The kind that comes from divine connections strategically placed on my path to usher me to my next dimension I jump portals in the astral the way some people send shade- intentionally Yet I stay grounded, connected to my bloodline while I cleanse the toxicity from generational trauma Living my life and loving without the drama. I call my power back to me, from every person, place, entity. From every space, portal, time and dimension. From every connection, attachment and vessel where I left it. Anyone and anything that is attempting to siphon my energy- you DO NOT have my consent to use my vitality and I call my power back. I now release that which is not my own. I lay down the weight that doesn’t belong to me as well as the weight that does. I forgive all things, all people and all others. I forgive myself. I cloak myself in a bright light of protection - impenetrable. I shed light to my shadows and lovingly work through all insecurities, flaws and self-destructive habits that cause me not to flow in the ways in which I was created to. I honor those parts of myself and I love them to life. Any and every soul tie is now disconnected. My mind is decluttered, and eye see clearly. Those who no longer serve me, and the mindsets attached to them. I take time for self-evaluation to uncover what in me connected me to that energy and I heal my broken places. I take up space in my own life and I unapologetically do the same in the rooms I that walk into. My light, my energy speaks for me before I ever open my mouth. I speak those things that are not as though they were. Not as if they have never been but I activate them with my light energy into being from obscurity. My vibration reverberates and pushes away any energy that’s not on the same frequency. And I Align, knowing that this is all that is required of me. I receive my Power Back! Asè
